What is the intent of God-given grace?

God's grace isn't to be taken advantage of. God's goal isn't to promote disobedience. Rather we are to faithfully and joyfully obey God's law. Unfortunately, the world has been blinded by those who call themselves "Christians" but disobey because they believe God's grace will allow them to be forgiven. Imagine if the blind saw Christians for the love and joy Christ really has to offer. Being at COC for almost a year now has shown me just what the world is misperceiving. They see those taking advantage of God's grace, but fail to see that Christ offers something more.

Let your actions speak louder than words today, tomorrow, and always. Be a witness of God’s grace by following His word. Who will you be a witness to today?

"For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age."

Titus 2:11-12
